Beauty and the Beach

It's way, way too hot to even consider venturing outside at the given moment. 107 degrees and climbing? I don't think so.

Instead, I dorked around with my Movie Maker and actually made a movie! I had no idea what I was doing (I am, at best, completely techo-challenged on a good day), but I did it! It's awesome, you should watch it. It might be the best video ever made on the planet earth.

I'd sure like to be doing any one of those things today instead of hiding in my air conditioning! I miss the beach!

Great video...but honestly, I couldnt stop looking at her TAIL. Even at the beach she's a beauty queen!

I have to contend with your "best video made on the planet" statement.

Awwwww...fantastic video! And what a breath of fresh air this week of sweltering temps and humidity on the East Coast.

Curious about where the beach is? The large rocks and quiet shoreline look kind of Great Lakes-ey and remind me of my beloved Lake Ontario...and get me plotting a trip with an equine!

Excellent use of hot weather non-riding time!

Tricia, the beaches were in Connecticut - Fairfield and Penfield public beaches. The body of water is Long Island Sound.

PS: Lake Huron trumps Lake Ontario any day ;D

Hahahaha...well, I'll have to take a trip that way to verify your assertion!

It looks fantastic, and makes me very jealous. All we have for a beach around here is a 10ft wide sandy strip along one of our rivers.
I also agree with Nicku, her tail is amazing! Lol, I think the last part of the vid is my favourite though ;)

Great Video! I have to agree with Nicku about her tail! I live in the UK which has some amazing beaches but not where I live unfortunately. I have never ridden along a beach! I did however work in the Colorado Rockies ridding horses and getting apid for it so its not all bad!
