Photo Adventure Fridays

This week's Photo Adventure...

Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio.
AMERICA'S ROLLER COAST. My old summer stomping grounds. I knew this park back to front and in and out when I lived in MI and OH. Pretty sure you are not EVER supposed to take pictures while on roller coasters but the Blue Streak is such an adorable epic that we couldn't help ourselves. (Also on the Blue Streak, if you put your seatbelts and the lapbar realllllly loose and fake the attendant out, you FLY over ever hill! Safety first!)

I knew that was the Blue Streak! I LOVE CEDAR POINT! I'm from Ohio and I have so many pics of me like 2 ft tall on the kiddy rides. My dad used to be the personal pilot for the CEO and he used to get hooked up with free tickets to Cedar Point and King's Island. *SIGH* Good times, I even got my GRANDMA to ride the Corkscrew with me once!

Awww, I miss Cedar Point! I haven't been in years, but I love it so much! The Blue Streak must be everyone's nostalgic favorite:)

They also have (or at least had) THE best merry go round-it went fast and had racehorses. I went on that thing over and over as a kid, and I even had my favorite horse because I was (am) a dork. Good times:)

I was trying to explain the concept of Cedar Point and its awesomeness to some friends out here in MA...they were like...so...it's like Six Flags?

They have no idea....

Oh, no, when I was a kid I too had my favorite horse on the Cedar Downs. And my best friend Lauren had her favorite horse, and it was next to mine. Mine was a really red bay with a green saddle pad with dark green polka dots, and hers was a weird creamy perlino colored thing next to it. Their names? Ketchup and Mustard. WIN.
